There was an upset in Christchurch whereGiants were defeated by Rams 90-77 on Sunday. The former international guard Tamatoa Isaac (188-2006) scored 23 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Tohi Smith-Milner (205-1995, college: Polk State CC) chipped in 16 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. The former international forward Hayden Jones (197-2007) responded with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Brice Johnson (206-1994, college: UNC, agency: DBA Reed) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Four Rams and five Giants players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
